FX Sales Retention Agent (English)

About the role

We are looking for an FX Sales Retention Agent to promote our products and services, build relationships with clients, and ensure the highest level of service. The position is based in Limassol, Cyprus and offers a full‑time contract with a base salary, commission and a full relocation package.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company's products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Convert high‑quality leads into long‑lasting customers.
• Increase chances of future sales.
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment.
• Keep up to date with the financial markets.

Required profile

• Native or fluent English, both oral and written.
• Previous retention experience in the Forex & CFD industry (mandatory).
• Computer savviness.
• Ability to work with deadlines and targets.
• Management and mathematics skills.
• Great objection‑handling skills.
