FX Sales Retention Agent (Arabic)

About the role

We are looking for an FX Sales Retention Agent who will promote our products and services, build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and convert high‑quality leads into long‑lasting customers while delivering top‑level service.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Arabic (oral and written).
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Previous retention experience in the Forex & CFD industry (mandatory).
• Computer savviness.
• Ability to work with deadlines and targets.
• Management and mathematics skills.
• Great objection‑handling skills.
