Fullstack Developer (PHP & React)

About the role

Spotware Systems is seeking a Fullstack Developer to modernise a payment cashier backend and build React front‑ends for a consumer trading client area and broker back‑office tools. The role involves working with a strict design system and AI‑assisted development.

Key responsibilities

• Reengineer the existing PHP backend of the payment cashier into a market‑ready product, refactoring and extending the codebase.
• Build and maintain React front‑ends for consumer trading and broker back‑office applications using a shared component library.
• Collaborate with analysts to define specifications and agree API contracts with backend developers.
• Estimate work, plan with the team, and deliver against agreed timelines while ensuring release quality with QA.
• Maintain current product versions until the new solutions fully replace them.

Required profile

• 5+ years of production development experience with strong PHP skills, comfortable modernising existing codebases.
• Solid experience with React (TypeScript is a plus) building data‑heavy admin interfaces.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, event flows; experience with payment integrations is a strong plus.
• Disciplined use of a strict design‑system and component library.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools as the default development approach.
