Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst – IMEA Region

About the role

We are expanding our FP&A capabilities across the IMEA region (India, Middle East & Africa) and are looking for an Analyst to join our finance team in Nicosia. This newly created role will support multiple countries, providing high‑quality financial insight and analysis to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles, preparing accurate Monthly Financial Reports.
• Coordinate Annual Operating Plan activities, support rolling forecasts and mid‑term planning.
• Analyse actuals versus budget/forecast, identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Act as a trusted business partner to regional leaders, delivering financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Support automation of reporting processes, improve data integrity and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate policies across the region.
• Analyse competitor performance and economic drivers to provide market insight.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in FP&A or financial management, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CFA, Chartered Accountant) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, IFRS and consolidation.
• Fluent in English and Greek; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA).
