Financial Controller – Accounting & Finance

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Financial Controller to lead accounting and finance activities for a group of industrial equipment companies based in Limassol. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, support strategic decision‑making, and drive continuous improvement across the finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day accounting operations, including transaction recording, reconciliations and journal entries.
• Manage monthly and quarterly closing processes for the group, delivering timely financial statements.
• Prepare financial analyses, management reports, profit‑margin reviews, project costing and KPI dashboards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and rolling forecasts aligned with corporate strategy.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Oversee treasury activities, banking relationships and liquidity management.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and collaboration.
• Partner with senior management to provide insights that support investment decisions and long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA or ACA.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting, finance or financial control, preferably as a Financial Controller.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

• ERP/accounting systems – Oracle, Easysoft or similar
• Advanced Microsoft Excel

• Annual salary €48,000‑€52,000 (based on experience)
