Events Manager

About the role

Exness is seeking an Internal Events Manager to design, plan and deliver high-impact corporate events that reinforce its people-first culture. You will own the full event lifecycle, from concept through execution, ensuring each experience aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major internal events such as summer festivals, year-end parties, conferences and culture workshops.
• Manage all logistical elements including venue selection, catering, AV equipment, transportation and accommodation.
• Develop detailed event timelines and control sophisticated budgets, ensuring compliance with financial targets.
• Oversee event registration, track attendance and engagement KPIs, and provide post-event analysis for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, communications, creative and senior leadership to align event themes, branding and messaging.
• Produce internal communication content for email, intranet and digital displays to generate excitement and awareness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate event management, preferably within a fast-growing, international environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach and willingness to act as an individual contributor.
• Excellent organizational and project-management capabilities.
