About the role

KONE is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead its maintenance team, ensuring fast, high‑quality, and safe service delivery for elevators, escalators and moving walkways. The role involves direct interaction with customers, supporting sales opportunities and coordinating daily team activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to provide timely, reliable, and safe maintenance services.
• Represent KONE in all customer communications related to maintenance.
• Support the sales department in closing maintenance‑related sales opportunities.
• Manage daily human‑resource tasks for the team, ensure accurate reporting, and collaborate with other internal departments.

Required profile

• Academic background in Business Management or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken proficiency in Greek and English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset and awareness of market dynamics.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to work with new digital tools.
• Previous technical experience is a plus.
