Dutch-speaking International Freelance Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dutch‑speaking recruiter to join our international team on a freelance basis. You will manage your own candidate pipeline and recruit primarily for language‑based roles across Europe, working remotely with full support from the team.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt Dutch‑speaking candidates across Europe.
• Recruit candidates in English for other language‑based positions.
• Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews.
• Assess motivation, suitability and relocation readiness.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain your own candidate pipeline.
• Work proactively towards weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Collaborate with the team on client requirements and open positions.
• Follow up with candidates throughout onboarding and after placement.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Dutch language skills.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Previous professional recruitment experience, ideally agency, international or high‑volume recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience with sourcing and headhunting.
• Comfortable working towards KPIs, targets and placements.
• Ability to manage and prioritise your own recruitment pipeline.
• Highly self‑motivated and proactive in finding solutions.
• Comfortable working independently in a performance‑driven environment.
