DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

Deel is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join its rapidly growing R&D team. The role focuses on embedding security into the software delivery lifecycle and ensuring the cloud infrastructure remains robust and compliant. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to automate protection across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated security tools that detect vulnerabilities and perform code analysis.
• Integrate security scanners, static analysis, and vulnerability assessment tools into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to build secure cloud and network architectures.
• Implement and manage access controls, encryption, and other security controls for deployments.
• Monitor systems continuously and conduct security testing to ensure ongoing compliance.

Required profile

• Strong passion for automation, security, and infrastructure.
• Experience working in fast‑moving SaaS environments.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with development and operations teams.
