DevOps Engineer – On-site in Limassol, Cyprus

About the role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. The role focuses on automating provisioning, configuration, and release processes across Windows and Linux environments while ensuring high availability and stability of production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Automate provisioning, configuration, installation and monitoring across environments.
• Configure new servers to agreed standards and manage configuration changes with IaC tools.
• Maintain all environments, troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability.
• Manage change and release processes, lead CAB meetings and identify risks.
• Execute release deployments and rollbacks within approved windows.
• Participate in weekend on‑call rotation and escalate operational incidents.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Infrastructure and Network Security teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
• EU citizenship (as specified in the posting).
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to take part in weekend on‑call rotation.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Windows and Linux servers.
• AWS cloud platform.
• Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Configuration management: Ansible.
• Container orchestration: Kubernetes/EKS (ArgoCD is a plus).
• Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Python.
• CI/CD pipelines: GitLab CI or similar.
• Basic networking concepts (protocols, ports, firewall rules, subnetting).
