DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join FxPro’s international fintech team in Limassol. You will be responsible for building, deploying and maintaining scalable cloud and on‑premises infrastructure that supports our trading platforms and internal applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers in cloud (Azure, AWS) and on‑premises production/test environments.
• Deploy, configure, optimise and support applications and web‑services.
• Create, modify and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
• Set up Kubernetes clusters and configure related services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across all environments.
• Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to enable efficient workflows.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for all environments.
• Participate in designing reliable, fault‑tolerant and efficient system architectures.

Required profile

• Fluent English; spoken Russian is a plus.

• Build tools such as Gradle, Maven and Make.
• Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

• Amazon Web Services (EKS, API Gateway, EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3).
• Microsoft Azure (optional).
• Relational and NoSQL database technologies.
• Monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana (PromQL) and logging with ELK stack, Graylog, Filebeat, FluentBit.
• Cloudflare DNS and Zero Trust services.
• Bash scripting (PowerShell optional).
• Basic Windows Server administration.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Load balancers and proxy servers.
• Networking protocols and configurations.
