DevOps Engineer – Fintech & Crypto (Limassol, Cyprus)

About the role

Collect Group is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its technology team in Limassol. You will help build, maintain and scale secure fintech infrastructure supporting multichain custody, payments and crypto services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows.
• Monitor system performance, availability and security.
• Improve infrastructure reliability, scalability and efficiency.
• Operate Docker/Kubernetes environments and cloud services.
• Implement monitoring, logging, backup and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Collaborate with developers, security and product teams to optimise systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Fintech or crypto experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of security best practices and system monitoring.

Required skills

• AWS, Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD tools and automation.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Security best practices.
