DevOps Engineer (AWS/Hybrid Infrastructure)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team in Limassol. You will work across a hybrid environment that includes AWS, private OpenStack clouds, OKD/Kubernetes, virtual machines and bare‑metal Linux servers, supporting high‑traffic, business‑critical workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and evolve AWS infrastructure using Terraform, covering compute, networking, storage, IAM, databases and load balancing.
• Provision and manage OpenStack VMs and Linux services on both virtual and bare‑metal hosts.
• Deploy and operate workloads on OKD/Kubernetes with Helm and Helmfile, maintaining charts and troubleshooting deployments.
• Create and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure delivery.
• Automate Linux system configuration with Ansible, writing new roles and adapting existing ones.
• Own observability: configure Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, maintain Grafana dashboards, set up alerts and manage ELK logging.

Required profile

• Strong recent hands‑on experience with AWS in large‑scale, high‑traffic production environments.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Experience running workloads in Kubernetes‑based platforms and using Helm.
• Solid background in building CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab CI.
• Hands‑on expertise with Ansible for Linux automation.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancing, firewalls).
