Deputy Insurance Broker – Account Manager

About the role

Aon is seeking a Deputy Insurance Broker – Account Manager to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions to both individual and corporate clients in Cyprus. You will support senior brokers, manage client relationships, and help grow the portfolio across General Insurance, Group Life and Group Medical products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end service and support for local clients across all insurance lines offered by the office.
• Manage day‑to‑day communications and negotiations with insurance providers for assigned accounts.
• Deliver administrative, reporting and practical assistance to senior brokers and management.
• Expand the client base by leveraging personal networks, existing portfolio and market knowledge.
• Resolve queries from clients and insurers, coordinating with internal departments and other offices as needed.
• Operate in line with Aon’s Risk Management Framework and comply with all internal policies and mandatory training.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Cyprus insurance market in a client‑facing role (broker, agent or insurer).
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and excellent organisational skills.
• Effective written communication and professional interaction with clients and market partners.
• Team‑player mindset with a proactive attitude toward delivering high‑quality work.
• Creative approach to presenting new ideas and solutions for clients.
