Customer Support Representative – German Speaker

About the role

As a Customer Support Representative you will interact with customers and assist them with their inquiries. You will represent SkillOnNet, requiring a vibrant and responsible character and the ability to work in shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers in German and English.
• Maintain high quality standards with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Provide an outstanding client experience and resolve issues on first contact.
• Clarify complaints, determine root causes, propose solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Respond to inquiries via web‑chat, email and phone in a timely, professional manner.
• Escalate requests when necessary and investigate player concerns thoroughly.
• Promote a “Safer Gaming” philosophy and stay up‑to‑date on rules, processes and licensing requirements.
• Contribute to team goals, go above and beyond when engaging customers, and participate in onboarding programs.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and native‑level German.
• Customer‑service experience is welcomed but not mandatory; comprehensive in‑house training is provided.
• Strong communication, public‑relations and active‑listening abilities.
• Customer‑oriented with the capacity to adapt to diverse personalities.
• Proficiency with computers and fast touch‑typing.
• Ability to perform under pressure while handling sensitive financial and personal data responsibly.
