Customer Service Agent – Paphos Airport

About the role

Join Jet2.com & Jet2Holidays at Paphos Airport as a Customer Service Agent. You will be the first point of contact for arriving guests, helping them start their holiday smoothly and creating memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist arriving customers, providing friendly check‑in and onboarding support.
• Supervise third‑party partners to ensure efficient and courteous service.
• Apply Jet2.com policies and safety procedures, reporting any incidents via the company system (The Hub).
• Collaborate with ground operations, flight crew, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented attitude with a flexible and positive approach.
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Fluent in the local language (Greek) and intermediate or fluent English.
• Ability to stay calm and effective during high‑pressure situations such as flight cancellations.
• Legal right to work in Cyprus.
