CRM Manager – Spanish Market

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Manager for the Spanish market – a data‑driven marketing professional passionate about crafting exceptional customer experiences. You will own customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies to maximize lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise CRM strategies to boost retention, loyalty and engagement across the customer lifecycle.
• Execute personalised multi‑channel campaigns and customer journeys to continuously improve the overall experience.
• Analyse customer data and behaviour to create advanced audience segmentation and drive tailored offers and promotions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to ensure cohesive promotions that align with business objectives.
• Track and monitor key KPIs, providing regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain strict compliance and monitor competitor activities to keep the brand competitive.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience managing CRM growth, retention and player engagement in the Spanish market.
• Demonstrated experience within the iGaming industry, with deep knowledge of player lifecycles, bonus mechanics and loyalty programmes.
• High‑level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven CRM management experience with a results‑driven approach delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems combined with an analytical mindset to interpret data and inform strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
