CRM Manager – Portuguese Market

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven CRM Manager to own the customer engagement, retention and reactivation strategy for the Portuguese market. You will work within a fast‑moving iGaming environment, shaping personalized experiences that maximise lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise CRM strategies that boost retention, loyalty and ongoing engagement across the full customer lifecycle.
• Execute personalised multi‑channel campaigns and customer journeys to continuously improve the overall experience.
• Analyse customer data and behaviour to create advanced audience segments and drive targeted offers, promotions and bonuses.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and compliance teams to ensure promotions align with business objectives.
• Track and monitor key KPIs, delivering regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activity and maintain compliance to keep the brand competitive.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience managing CRM growth, retention and player engagement in the Portuguese market.
• Proven background in the iGaming industry with deep knowledge of player lifecycles, bonus mechanics and loyalty programmes.
• High‑level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Results‑driven track record in a CRM management role delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems combined with an analytical mindset for data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
