CRM Manager – Forex Industry

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on CRM Manager to join our fast‑paced team in Limassol, supporting the AU market within the Forex industry. You will work closely with the sales floor, ensuring the CRM system runs smoothly and contributes to overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the CRM system on a daily basis.
• Monitor and control lead distribution to ensure fair and efficient allocation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support their performance and address system‑related needs.
• Track key metrics, analyse system efficiency and generate performance reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve internal workflows for better productivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the Forex industry (essential).
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Available to work from 5 AM to 2 PM.
• Residency in Cyprus with relevant experience.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Solid computer/IT skills.
