CRM Manager – Chile Market

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven CRM Manager to lead customer engagement, retention and reactivation for the Chile market. You will own the full lifecycle of our players, using analytics to boost lifetime value and support Soft2Bet’s fast‑moving iGaming platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously optimise CRM strategies that increase retention, loyalty and ongoing engagement across the player journey.
• Execute personalised multi‑channel campaigns and automated customer journeys to enhance the overall experience.
• Analyse player data to create advanced audience segments, uncover insights and tailor offers, promotions and bonuses.
• Work closely with product, marketing, compliance and operations teams to ensure promotions align with business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators, produce regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Track competitor activity and industry trends to keep the brand’s CRM approach competitive and compliant.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing CRM growth, retention and player engagement in Spanish‑speaking LATAM markets, especially Chile.
• Solid background in the iGaming sector with deep knowledge of player lifecycles, bonus mechanics and loyalty programmes.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through data‑driven decision making.
• Strong analytical mindset with a good understanding of CRM platforms and data interpretation.
