Country Manager – Grocery Delivery

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow Wolt Market’s grocery‑delivery business in Cyprus. You will own the local P&L, drive sustainable growth and ensure operational excellence across commercial, operations and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own full country P&L, driving revenue growth, margin development and cost control.
• Define and execute commercial strategy, including assortment, pricing, promotions and supplier partnerships.
• Lead and develop local Category, Content and Commercial Finance Operations teams.
• Partner with Regional Operations and Supply Chain to ensure capacity, availability and service levels.
• Identify market growth opportunities and develop business plans to capture them.

Required profile

• Strong experience in general management or market leadership with proven P&L ownership.
• Extensive background in retail, grocery, e‑commerce or multi‑site operating environments.
• Proven leadership skills, building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English.

What we offer

• Target cash compensation of €6,020 – €7,525 gross per month.
• Equity grant valued between USD 52,300 and USD 65,300, subject to a four‑year vesting schedule.
