Corporate Administrator – Credit Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Administrator to join our fast‑growing property business in Cyprus. The role sits at the intersection of Finance and Sales, supporting the full client journey from onboarding through payment verification while ensuring compliance with KYC and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales team to onboard new clients, collect and maintain complete KYC documentation, and respond to due‑diligence requests from banks, legal firms and corporate service providers.
• Monitor staged client payments, verify each transaction against commercial terms, and keep up‑to‑date due‑diligence records in both electronic and physical formats.
• Liaise with Finance, Sales and Legal teams to resolve any inconsistencies or compliance concerns promptly.
• Manage communication with shareholders, directors and internal stakeholders throughout the client lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate administration, credit control or KYC within real‑estate, legal or financial services.
• Fluent in English and Greek; Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements, excellent coordination abilities and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
