Client Services Specialist – Global Trading Support

About the role

We are looking for a Client Services Specialist to join Alchemy Markets’ Limassol office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our global trading clients, providing fast, accurate support through Intercom tickets, live‑chat and telephone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via ticketing system, live chat (≤2 minutes) and phone (≤3 rings) while meeting SLA targets.
• Verify client identity securely before discussing account details.
• Educate clients on MT4/MT5 platform navigation and trading tools without giving financial advice.
• Troubleshoot technical and trade‑related issues, escalating complex cases to the Trading Desk or other specialist teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM, logging all interactions and status changes.
• Collect client feedback using the internal “Quote & Context” method and report insights daily.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, client‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced financial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere strictly to SLA and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Experience with MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
• Proficiency in using Intercom ticketing system.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for record‑keeping.
