Client Services Account Manager

About the role

The Client Services Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth delivery and management of digital content across multiple distribution platforms. This role combines operational excellence with strong client interaction to meet business objectives and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client account support, handling requests, follow‑ups, questions and billing across digital platforms.
• Oversee ingestion, quality control, and publishing of content schedules and associated metadata.
• Configure and maintain VOD platform profiles, including metadata mappings, delivery specifications, packaging requirements, scheduling rules and client‑specific distribution settings.
• Troubleshoot metadata, XML, artwork and media package exceptions such as missing assets, specification mismatches and delivery failures.
• Track client deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
