Business Development Representative – MENA (Cyprus/Israel)

About the role

BitGo is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand its presence in the MENA region, based in either Cyprus or Israel. This individual contributor role focuses on hunting new leads, qualifying opportunities and feeding a robust pipeline to the sales team within the fast‑growing digital‑asset industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential leads through professional networking, online research, marketing campaigns, industry events and cold outreach.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align initiatives, develop target lists and design outreach campaigns.
• Qualify leads as sales opportunities and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
• Capture lead information and interactions in Salesforce while maintaining high CRM hygiene.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within digital assets, financial services, fintech or SaaS.
• Strong enthusiasm for the digital‑asset ecosystem and curiosity about protocols, tokens, staking and NFTs.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Agile learner with a passion for new products and technologies in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Critical thinking, open communication and an ownership mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
