Brand Manager – Architect / Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager with an architectural or interior‑design background to lead the development, sales and client relationships for a premium interior‑design brand in Nicosia.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret architectural drawings and DWG/AutoCAD files to propose brand‑aligned design solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, project managers and private clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from specification and ordering through coordination, delivery and installation.
• Maintain accurate CRM/Esoft records and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Degree or professional background in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and proven sales/business‑development track record.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with industry professionals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficient with DWG/AutoCAD.
• Experience using CRM systems, specifically Esoft.
• Ability to read and evaluate architectural drawings.
