BI Solutions Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BI Solutions Analyst to join our team in Limassol. The role supports business performance monitoring, decision‑making and continuous improvement across multiple functions, combining business analysis, stakeholder engagement and BI solution design.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, document and validate business needs, translating them into technical requirements.
• Develop a strong understanding of business processes and data flows, identifying opportunities for reporting improvements, automation and standardisation.
• Design, prototype and validate dashboards and analytical outputs using Power BI with intuitive visualisations.
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, dashboard designs, data definitions and user guidance.
• Identify data quality gaps, trace issues to source systems and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
• Act as the primary link between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.
• Own assigned initiatives, manage priorities, report progress and mitigate risks.
• Guide and train users on solution adoption through walkthroughs and quick‑reference notes.

Required profile

• Degree in a STEM field, Data Analytics/Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience delivering BI reporting in a controlling environment with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset, able to interpret complex data and processes.
• Proven ability to gather, document and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
