Back Office Analyst

About the role

As a Back Office Analyst at SkillOnNet, you will support the iGaming business by verifying new customer identities, monitoring financial transactions and ensuring compliance with anti‑money‑laundering and data‑protection regulations. You will work closely with payment providers, compliance and customer‑support teams to minimise fraud risk and maintain operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse incoming customer financial transactions in line with AML regulations and internal policies.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues such as failed deposits, delays, duplicate transactions and chargebacks.
• Perform KYC and Source‑of‑Funds checks, collect and archive relevant documentation.
• Identify, investigate and escalate suspicious activity or potential fraud to the appropriate teams.
• Process deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers promptly while adhering to security standards.
• Communicate with banks, e‑wallets, card processors and other payment providers to troubleshoot operational problems.
• Maintain accurate records for audit and regulatory reporting, ensuring GDPR and PCI‑DSS compliance.
• Support Customer Support and Compliance teams on back‑office queries and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and critical‑thinking skills.
• Comfortable handling confidential financial and personal data.
