Back Office & Accounts Officer

About the role

Join IC Markets as a Back Office & Accounts Officer and support the company’s financial operations. You will be responsible for client onboarding, transaction processing and maintaining accurate account records in a fast‑paced FinTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients by verifying KYC/AML documentation and setting up accounts.
• Process client deposits, withdrawals and other financial transactions accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and update client records, monitor account activity for compliance and perform Enhanced Due Diligence when required.
• Coordinate with payment providers, banks and internal finance teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive client data.
• Excellent organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Awareness of regulatory standards such as KYC, AML and EDD is a plus.
• Background in client communication or customer service is desirable.
