About the role

This vital position ensures MUFG Investor Services delivers high‑quality fund administration services. The Investment Data & Valuation (IDV) Associate operates and oversees internal and vendor systems to create and maintain accurate investment product databases, pricing, valuation, corporate‑action processing and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a global reference database for exchange‑traded, broker‑dealer and OTC derivatives products.
• Ensure accurate and timely pricing and valuation, perform price validation and interact with market‑data vendors such as Bloomberg, ICE, Markit and Refinitive.
• Process corporate actions across global portfolios, including dividends, splits, mergers, calls, puts, drawdowns and rate resets.
• Support the configuration, maintenance and monitoring of automated processes for trade capture, investment pricing and OTC‑derivative evaluation.
• Respond promptly to enquiries related to financial instruments, corporate actions, pricing, valuation and investment reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computational Finance, Financial Engineering or a related quantitative field preferred.
• Professional designations such as CFA or FRM strongly desired or enrollment in such programs.
• Interest or experience in the financial services industry; new graduates with relevant quantitative majors are welcomed.
