Angular Developer – Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Angular Developer – Team Lead to guide and grow a high‑performing front‑end development team. You will combine hands‑on Angular development with leadership responsibilities, ensuring delivery of robust, scalable client‑facing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Agile delivery process, including task allocation, sprint planning, retrospectives and cross‑team coordination.
• Design and develop advanced, scalable front‑end applications using Angular.
• Set individual goals, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Champion clean, maintainable code, modern architectural patterns and performance optimisation.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards and ensure technical consistency.
• Mentor developers, support career development and promote team morale.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and UX/UI teams to align on product vision and delivery priorities.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of JavaScript development experience with strong Angular expertise.
• 1–2 years in a leadership or technical lead role, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of front‑end architecture, algorithms, data structures and OOP principles.
• Strong communication, leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
