AI No-Code/Low-Code Developer

About the role

Freedom Finance Technologies is expanding its AI team and seeks a specialist who can independently design and deliver robust AI solutions using no‑code/low‑code platforms. You will translate business requirements into production‑grade integrations and AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Convert functional requirements into working AI products.
• Design process logic and build integrations between systems.
• Implement complex workflows in no‑code/low‑code tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier.
• Configure LLM chains, perform prompt engineering, optimise API calls, and work with LLM APIs.
• Test solutions, analyse results and suggest architectural improvements.
• Maintain and scale deployed automations.
• Participate in project estimation, risk assessment and feasibility analysis.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience creating automations or AI solutions with no‑code/low‑code platforms.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and ability to expose services to low‑code tools.
• Strong ability to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate in English.
• Native Russian language skills.

Required skills

• Make, n8n, Zapier (or similar no‑code/low‑code platforms).
• LLM prompt engineering, chain configuration and API usage.
• API integration, webhooks and database interaction.
• Programming language knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with Claude Code or Codex for code generation.
