Affiliate Manager – iGaming Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, sales‑driven Affiliate Manager to develop and scale FXIFY and FXIFY Futures’ global partnership strategy. The ideal candidate comes from the i‑Gaming industry with a strong book of business and experience building affiliate programmes from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global partnerships and affiliate strategy, identifying high‑value partners such as influencers, trading communities, educators and media platforms.
• Own the full lifecycle of the affiliate programme – recruitment, onboarding, activation and retention – and optimise commission structures and incentives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top affiliates and influencers, acting as the primary point of contact and negotiating commercial terms.
• Collaborate with marketing to launch co‑branded campaigns, promotions and launches, ensuring partners have the right tools and content.
• Monitor performance metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI), track competitor strategies and identify new growth opportunities in the prop‑trading and funded‑trader ecosystem.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar partnership role in the Forex/Prop‑trading industry.
• Existing strong book of affiliates and proven track record of scaling affiliate or partnership revenue.
• Deep understanding of funded‑trader models, affiliate‑heavy growth strategies and trading audience behaviour.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills with a data‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
