Admissions Officer with Russian & English

About the role

Island Private School in Limassol is seeking a bilingual Admissions Officer fluent in Russian and English to manage the end‑to‑end admissions process for its expanding international community.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and oversee the full admissions cycle across kindergarten, elementary and high‑school programmes.
• Guide families from initial enquiry through applications, assessments, offers and enrolment.
• Coordinate entrance exams and placement assessments both online and in‑person.
• Conduct school tours, lead admissions meetings and represent the school at open days and promotional events.
• Collaborate with academic faculty and learning‑support teams to ensure appropriate student placement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track the applicant pipeline and produce weekly conversion reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Native‑level fluency in Russian and English.
• Proven experience in school admissions or enrolment management.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret pipeline data and capacity models.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills for direct engagement with parents, students and senior staff.
• High IT literacy, including school management systems, CRM platforms and standard productivity tools.
