Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join ONETECH GROUP LTD's finance team in Limassol. The role involves maintaining accurate bookkeeping for a group of companies and providing financial analysis in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing procedures.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, supplier and customer accounts, and other balance‑sheet items.
• Process supplier invoices promptly and perform reconciliations of sales, expenses, accounts receivable and payable within the ERP system.
• Prepare financial reports, support management with analysis and ad‑hoc reporting, and assist with cash‑flow forecasting.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and support external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and accounting system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
