Accountant (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

The Accountant will join Constantinou Winery in Pera Pedi on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day financial operations of the winery and supporting the financial health of vineyard and production activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll preparation and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, monitor budgets and track costs related to vineyard and winery operations.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and support internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with process improvements in the finance function.
• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong accounting and bookkeeping expertise, including general ledger management.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and cost tracking.
• Knowledge of Cyprus tax regulations and audit support.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; experience in a small business, manufacturing, winery or agricultural environment is a plus.
