Accountant Assistant – Finance Support Role

About the role

The Accountant Assistant will support daily financial operations, ensuring accurate data entry, timely document processing, and smooth coordination with customers and suppliers. This position demands strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within structured accounting workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer data in the ERP/accounting system.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer receivables to secure timely payments.
• Prepare and issue financial Credit Notes (CNs).
• Process purchase invoices and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related administrative roles.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
