Territory Sales Representative – Retail Brand Advocate

About the role

The Brand Representative will act as Dell’s face inside retail locations, building relationships with store staff and shoppers to increase awareness and sales of Dell products. This full‑time position involves regular travel across an assigned territory, flexible Tuesday‑Saturday schedules, and on‑site engagement with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Refresh Dell product displays quarterly and ensure they meet brand standards.
• Develop partnerships with store managers and retail associates, providing product education and hands‑on demonstrations.
• Generate brand excitement through in‑store events, surveys, and merchandising resets.
• Collect market intelligence and report insights on pricing, placement, and competitor activity.
• Travel within the assigned territory to visit retailers, maintaining a positive Dell presence.
