Technical Product Owner

About the role

Revolut’s Product team builds the experiences that power its global financial super‑app used by over 80 million customers. We are seeking a Technical Product Owner who will take full responsibility for the product roadmap, drive day‑to‑day operations, manage project execution and mitigate risks from conception through launch and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Set the team’s goals, define success metrics and create a roadmap that aligns with Revolut’s mission and strategic priorities.
• Drive maximum impact for the product by leveraging data analysis, market research and the overall company strategy.
• Own the product’s features end‑to‑end, from ideation and development through launch, growth and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead technical discussions with engineering teams to evaluate approaches, define requirements and ensure feasible implementation.
• Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Financial Crime, Legal and Security teams to meet compliance and risk standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑growth technology company or in banking/finance domains such as payments, cryptocurrency or insurance.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering technical products, including platforms, distributed systems, data‑science, machine‑learning, computer‑vision or robotics solutions.
• One year of people‑management experience, overseeing engineering, operations and design team members.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and convey product vision.
• Strong analytical and technical acumen combined with solid business sense to guide ROI‑based prioritisation.
