Technical Administrator – Cyprus

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Administrator to monitor support deadlines, coordinate repairs, and manage spare‑part logistics for our stores and customers in Lefkosia.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor total support deadlines according to contract terms.
• Follow up pending cases awaiting spare parts.
• Communicate with Call Center, Complaints Admin, suppliers and repair partners to resolve issues and accelerate repair progress.
• Receive and deliver repaired products, performing quantitative and qualitative receipt of customer products via courier or company‑owned means.
• Update CRM/RMA repair status daily for active cases.
• Manage spare‑part orders, monitor availability and verify supplier charges against approved offers.
• Characterize problematic products and inform Store Directors on repair progress issues when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good computer literacy and confident use of Office tools.
• Knowledge of returns and repair procedures.
• Understanding of SAP, RMA/CRM applications and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong follow‑up, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple open cases and deadlines in a structured way.
