Talent Acquisition Partner – Hybrid

About the role

Fayara is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruitment lifecycle across its Group, primarily for its Limassol office. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring needs, shape roles, and drive proactive sourcing in a fast‑moving scale‑up environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from briefing, sourcing, interviewing, to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft role profiles and hiring strategies.
• Proactively source and head‑hunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern tools.
• Build strong relationships across an international, distributed organization.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, exploring automation and new technologies.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house and technology‑focused.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for the Cypriot market.
• Experience in fast‑growing start‑up or scale‑up environments with changing priorities.
• Ability to build credibility with hiring managers and challenge briefs when needed.
• Proactive, resilient, and able to work independently.
