System Administrator

About the role

Simple Life, the leading AI‑powered health coaching app, is looking for an experienced System Administrator to join its Internal IT team. You will support a fast‑growing, tech‑focused environment and help keep the company’s devices and services secure and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for approximately 300 employees and contractors.
• Ensure security and reliability of around 300 Apple devices and 20‑30 Windows/Android devices.
• Manage identity and access for team members, including onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Participate in SaaS tools and hardware procurement and maintain inventory.
• Build and maintain the internal IT knowledge base.
• Address and resolve potential security breaches.
• Develop automated solutions for onboarding, off‑boarding, and other processes.
• Help shape internal IT processes and procedures.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience with macOS MDM on 300+ devices.
• 3+ years managing Google Workspaces, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Cloudflare Zero Trust or similar services.
• Understanding of identity and access management in SaaS‑heavy environments.
• Solid network fundamentals: static routing, switching, core protocols, wireless.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (VPN configuration in Terraform).
• Programming experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Strong communication skills across diverse company groups.
• At least 6 hours overlap with the Cyprus office timezone.
