System Administrator

About the role

HyperHug is looking for an experienced System Administrator to own and improve the reliability, security and efficiency of its IT infrastructure. You will work on a multi‑domain gaming environment, ensuring that employees receive the right access and equipment while keeping critical services stable.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to incidents to guarantee infrastructure stability.
• Automate routine operations and implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions and access lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, network and cloud issues.
• Oversee IT security, device management and corporate SaaS subscriptions.
• Maintain hardware inventory, procure, set up and deploy equipment.
• Document infrastructure, processes and automation to reduce knowledge silos.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on IT infrastructure administration.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting abilities.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, firewalls).
• Experience with mobile device management, virtualization and container technologies.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
