Supervisor – Accounting Advisory Services

About the role

We are looking for a high‑calibre, energetic professional to join our specialised Financial Accounting Advisory Department in Nicosia as a Supervisor. The role focuses on providing advisory services for IFRS readiness to banks, insurers, funds and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise financial institutions and corporates on IFRS readiness and implementation.
• Develop technology‑driven tools and automated solutions for IFRS compliance.
• Deliver IFRS implementation projects for global clients.
• Collaborate with international teams to gain cross‑border experience.

Required profile

• University degree (2:1 or equivalent) or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA).
• Minimum 3 years of audit or accounting advisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, analytical and business awareness skills.
• Motivated to thrive in a high‑performance environment.
