Strategic Partnerships Specialist

About the role

StoneX Group is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Strategic Partnerships Specialist to support new client management and drive growth through marketing partners. The role focuses on acquiring, retaining and activating partners while ensuring compliance and delivering revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and activate new marketing partners and manage a portfolio of existing partners to maximise revenue.
• Negotiate and review commercial agreements, including bespoke deals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Analyse campaign performance, report ROI and design strategies for future initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch campaigns and develop technology features for partner management.
• Maintain and improve processes, systems and features that support partner acquisition and growth.
• Monitor affiliate marketing forums and events to strengthen relationships and act as the primary contact for partner queries.

Required profile

• Strong sales, acquisition or commercial negotiation background with a proven record of meeting revenue and new‑business targets.
• Experience with online marketing models such as CPA, CPC, CPM and revenue‑share payment structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to create and execute online marketing campaigns that drive sign‑ups and revenue via third‑party affiliate sites.
• Familiarity with financial promotions rules and regulations for the forex and CFD trading industry (desirable).
