Senior Treasurer – Banking Operations

About the role

Parimatch is seeking an experienced Senior Treasurer to lead its international banking relationships and payment operations within its high‑risk iGaming and crypto environment. You will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy across multiple jurisdictions and driving process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting records in 1C and perform regular reconciliations between bank balances and system data.
• Manage end‑to‑end salary payout operations, guaranteeing compliance with timelines.
• Maintain real‑time tracking of payment flows and provide rapid responses to manager inquiries.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Compliance to align payment processes with regulatory standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, automate routine tasks, and draft technical specifications/BRDs for 1C enhancements.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years in a Treasury or senior banking role within high‑risk sectors such as iGaming, gambling, betting or crypto.
• Deep knowledge of cross‑border financial flows and international payment systems.
• Proven leadership experience, including team management and operational control.
• Highly structured, analytical mindset with a focus on process automation and fast decision‑making.
• Experience writing Business Requirement Documents and technical specifications is a plus.
