Senior Product Manager, Trust & Safety Communication

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Trust & Safety unit, responsible for building a safe and reliable communication layer across our platform. The role focuses on voice calls and in‑app messaging between users such as drivers, passengers, couriers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve quality, reliability and coverage of in‑app communication channels, balancing user experience with safety.
• Define and evolve product strategies for communication quality, safety and content moderation.
• Drive UX/UI strategy for calls and messaging, simplifying flows and creating intuitive, safe experiences.
• Design and run high‑frequency A/B tests, analyse user behaviour and communication patterns, using analytics and AI/LLM tools.
• Scale communication safety solutions across products, markets and regions, adapting to local needs.
• Build and manage a cross‑functional roadmap, aligning stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations and Trust & Safety.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in high‑volume marketplaces, ride‑hailing, social, communication, fintech or e‑commerce.
• Experience in trust & safety, anti‑fraud, content moderation or related risk‑management domains.
• Strong instincts for UX/UI and ability to evaluate and improve user interfaces.

Required skills

• Product hypothesis definition and A/B testing.
• Data analysis and experimentation, including use of AI/LLM tools.
• Cross‑functional roadmap planning and stakeholder management.
