Senior HR Technology Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Technology Manager to act as the strategic bridge between Business, HR, IT, and external vendors for a global organization of over 3,000 employees. You will shape the HR technology roadmap, lead system implementations, and drive automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the HR technology strategy and roadmap aligned with HR objectives.
• Lead analysis, selection, and consolidation of HR systems across the organization.
• Own day‑to‑day operations, performance, data integrity, and uptime of all HR platforms.
• Design and maintain an optimal data integration landscape.
• Maintain a rolling 12‑month project roadmap and a 24‑month planning horizon.
• Drive change management, user training, and adoption programs.
• Manage end‑to‑end HRIS implementation projects, including requirements, design, QA, UAT, and post‑go‑live support.
• Identify and execute process automation opportunities using RPA, AI/ML, and SaaS solutions.
• Partner with Cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure SOX, data privacy, and regulatory adherence.
• Directly manage an HR Automation team of up to 7 FTEs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑module HRIS implementations in complex, international environments.
• Deep understanding of core HR, workforce management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and recruitment modules.
• Strong knowledge of global HR workflows, data architecture, and best practices.
• Fluency in English.
