Senior Corporate Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our full‑service law firm in Limassol. You will work on a diverse portfolio of corporate, commercial and real‑estate matters within a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on corporate legal matters, including structuring, governance and compliance.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts such as Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders' Agreements and service agreements.
• Prepare and negotiate real‑estate agreements, including sale‑purchase contracts and leases, managing the full legal process.
• Conduct legal research and produce opinions and internal memoranda on corporate and commercial issues.
• Coordinate with authorities, corporate service providers and international partners on multi‑jurisdictional matters.

Required profile

• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum three years of post‑qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience in real‑estate law and transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus company and contract law.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent drafting and communication abilities, proactive and well‑organized.
