Senior Compliance Officer

About the role

Join FxPro, a leading international fintech firm, as a Senior Compliance Officer. You will help maintain and evolve the company’s compliance framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and fostering a strong compliance culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the company's compliance framework, including policies and procedures for all entities.
• Conduct risk assessments and advise on mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and perform compliance monitoring (capital adequacy, transaction reporting, financial crime, client money, corporate governance, etc.).
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
• Manage the annual training programme and provide compliance training to staff.
• Advise on regulatory changes and their business implications.
• Act as internal regulatory advisor to various teams.
• Assist with onboarding and periodic reviews of banks, PSPs, LPs and other counterparties.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in compliance, risk, legal or regulatory roles, preferably in banking, consulting or international CFD firms.
• Strong knowledge of FCA, SCB, MiFID II and international AML regulations.
• Deep understanding of corporate governance and outsourcing arrangements.
• Familiarity with the markets and asset classes offered by the company.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Relevant compliance qualifications such as ICA or CISI are preferred.
